2022 China Creative Management Forum & International Symposium on Digital Intelligence and Creative Management

1. China Creative Management Think Tank (Alliance)
China Creative Management Think Tank (Alliance) was founded in Chengdu, China on November 24, 2017, formerly known as China Creative Management Alliance. It was jointly launched by Institute for Creative Management for Sichuan University, Sichuan Cultural Industry Promotion Center, XLY MoMA, Donghua University, Fudan University, University of International Business and Economics, Nankai University, Hainan Tropical Ocean University, and other well-known colleges and universities, research institutions and enterprises. Since its establishment, the alliance has successfully organized and held China Creative Management Forum, China Creative Management Award and International Creative Management Special Committee. With the objective of being the link among government, enterprises and Universities, and a bridge between cultural creativity and business management, China Creative Management Think Tank is committed to becoming an international reputable social organization with diversified characteristics on creative management.
2. Hainan Tropical Ocean University
Located in the southernmost tip of China, Hainan Tropical Ocean University (HTOU) is the only state-owned comprehensive university jointly constructed by the Hainan Provincial People's Government, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, the State Oceanic Administration and the Sanya Municipal People's Government. It is designated as one of the 10 "Educational Aid Centers" by the Ministry of Education, a "China-ASEAN Education and Training Center" by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, a "Regional Research Center of Shanghai Cooperation Organization University" and a "China International Youth Center (Hainan)". Hainan Tropical Ocean University (HTOU) mainly offers undergraduate courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment. Besides, HTOU is prioritized as a Postgraduate Education Institution for Master of Tourism Administration programs with the approval of the State Council Academic Degree Committee, and offers a "Talent Cultivation Program for National Special Needs". It serves as a cradle of talents cultivation for south central Hainan and functions as a center for knowledge innovation, social service and cultural inheritance.
Aim of the conference
For adaptation of the new changes in the international situation and the new demand of China’s economic development in the new era, especially for the high-quality development of national cultural and creative industry in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and Hainan International Design Island, the fifth China Creative Management Forum will be held on November 19th, 2022 in Sanya, Hainan province. The conference will focus on the theoretical research and practice of creative management, the construction of international design island of Hainan free trade port, the theoretical research and industrial practice of marine cultural creativity, big data mining and technological innovation of island tourism, data intelligence and management application, so as to improve the academic research level in the field of creative management, enrich the theoretical system and scientific and technological connotation of creative management strategy. This conference tends to build a multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary scientific research academic platform for promoting the industrial transformation of academic achievements in creative management and other related fields.

Thesis collection and award evaluation
l The Academic Committee of the Conference will collect papers in both Chinese and English from all participants. The main topics of the papers are the above-mentioned, or they can be selected according to the research. Excellent papers will be selected and awarded with certificates of honor.
l EI&ISTP Conference papers
Papers will be preferrably submitted in English, and all submissions will be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After rigorous review, all accepted papers will be published by IRI catalog journals and submitted to EI, Scopus, ISTP for retrieval.
l SCI & SSCI Journal Recommendation
Excellent papers will be recommended to SCI or SSCI Journals for publication.
l The conference has set up a special forum for graduate students. Doctoral and master students both at home and abroad are welcomed to attend the forum.
The abstract of the conference papers should be sent to the conference secretariat by email before August 31, 2022. The full text of the paper should be sent to the conference secretariat by September 30, 2022.

The above fees include the conference materials fee, site fee, tea break etc. Accommodation, round-trip transportation and other expenses during the conference shall be covered by the participant himself or herself. Students are required to present reference letter or student ID cards from their universities when registering for the conference. Those without relevant certificates must pay the full amount of fees.
